- Sta sul tuo telefonoIl passaporto vive sul tuo telefono. Non c’è un account da creare.
- Esce solo quello che scegliL’app ti dice prima di ogni uscita cosa parte e dove va, e la scrive in «Chi ha visto i miei dati».
- Legge i tuoi documentiFotografi un referto o la tessera sanitaria: li legge il telefono, e le foto non escono.
- Cure, vaccinazioni, visiteLe tue cure e le scorte, le vaccinazioni e le visite, in ordine nel tempo, con i promemoria.
- Il PDF per chi ti curaUn PDF del passaporto da mostrare o mandare, quando premi Condividi: scegli tu a chi.
- Cancellare è cancellareIl passaporto si toglie dal telefono davvero, e lo verifichiamo cancellando e cercando i dati sul dispositivo.

Take Care non è un dispositivo medico, non dà diagnosi né consigli di terapia. Tiene in ordine quello che hai già e ti aiuta a mostrarlo; le decisioni sulla tua salute restano tue e di chi ti cura.

What it does
- It stays on your phoneThe passport lives on your phone. There is no account to create.
- Only what you choose leavesBefore anything leaves, the app tells you what goes and where, and writes it in «Who has seen my data».
- It reads your documentsYou photograph a report or your health card: the phone reads them, and the photos do not leave.
- Care, vaccinations, appointmentsYour treatments and supplies, vaccinations and appointments, in order over time, with reminders.
- The PDF for who looks after youA PDF of the passport to show or send, when you press Share: you choose to whom.
- Erasing means erasingThe passport is really removed from the phone, and we check it by erasing and searching the device for the data.
What Take Care is not
Take Care is not a medical device, and it gives no diagnoses or treatment advice. It keeps what you already have in order and helps you show it; decisions about your health stay with you and the people who look after you.

This website uses no cookies and has no analytics or advertising. The app comes in Italian and English and is for people aged 14 and over.
